With BookBook's scheduled notifications, emails and messages get sent off to customers and staff without you having to lift a finger, but what if you do want to keep an eye on what's been sent?


Visit the Activity Log page


  1. Log into your BoothBook
  2. Go to the Reports (gauge) icon
  3. Click on Activity Log
  4. See a list of automatic notifications, scheduled emails and messages that have been sent. You can also filter by booking ID at the top of the page.



Conversations

With the Basic and above plans you can also use conversations to view your past sent emails and messages if you have connected to your email using imap: Syncing email account to Conversations with IMAP
